Delivery areas

We deliver in France, the European Union, and internationally.

Delivery times

Our products are shipped by our partner suppliers. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days for all destinations (France, European Union, international), starting from order confirmation and payment.

This timeframe is indicative and may exceptionally be extended in the event of high demand, temporary stock shortages, or issues related to international transport; the Customer is informed as soon as possible by email.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed, based on weight, volume, and destination.

International customs and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be applied by the authorities of the destination country and remain the Customer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the price displayed on the Site.

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as their order ships, when the carrier allows it.

Lost, damaged, or undelivered parcel

In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, the Customer is invited to contact shop@boutique-avengers.fr with their order number so that a solution (reshipment or refund) can be offered.
