Right of withdrawal — 14 days
In accordance with the Terms of Service, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
How to proceed
- Exercise the right of withdrawal using the dedicated feature available from the order tracking link sent by email, or by writing to shop@boutique-avengers.fr with the order number.
- A time-stamped acknowledgment of receipt of the request is sent to the Customer without delay.
- The Customer returns the product in its original condition (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging where possible) within 14 days of their request.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the Seller (defective or non-conforming product).
Refund
The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned product (or proof of return shipment, if earlier). The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order. The original delivery costs are refunded up to the standard rate offered at the time of the order.
Products excluded from the right of return
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following cannot be returned or refunded: personalized or made-to-order products, products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, and any product expressly identified as non-returnable on its product page.
Defective or non-conforming product
If a product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller, and the Customer is offered, at their choice, a replacement or a full refund.
